Welcome to AILM 2015

The AILM 2015 workshop focused on the development of isotopic labelling techniques and their application to the study of biomolecular structure and dynamics. Conference sessions covered developments in isotopic labelling strategies for NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, neutron scattering and diffraction, as well as methodological approaches, such as co-expression, segmental labelling, specific labelling and sample production in vitro or in eukaryotic cells. The program also included elegant examples of the application of these methods to challenging systems such as membrane proteins, high molecular weight proteins and nucleic acids.

AILM 2015 was held in Grenoble, a renowned centre for European Structural Biology located in the heart of the French Alps. The goal of the workshop was to provide a stimulating and educational forum in which participants could exchange ideas on the latest scientific breakthroughs in the use of stable isotopes in integrated structural biology.

We look forward to welcoming you for next AILM meeting in 2017 !
