The basic registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, coffee breaks and lunches

• Registration fee does not include accomodation or evening meals. More information about hotels and restaurants in Grenoble is provided on the 'Location' page.

Additional options not included in the basic registration fee:

• A half-day skiing outing to a local ski ressort will be organized Thursday February 5th from 12 pm to 6 pm. The 50€ fee includes transportation, lunch box, ski pass. Skiing equipment can be rented at the ski centre (ski rental is not included in the 50€ fee).

• A banquet is scheduled for the evening of Wednesday 4th February 2015.

Cancellations :

To receive a refund for cancellation of a registration, written notice must be received by email on or before December 15th, 2014.  €50 will be deducted from all refunds as a cancellation fee. No refund for cancelation notified after december 15th 2014.
