The Organizers have applied to the CNRS Ecole Thematique programme. If this application is successful, the CNRS wil cover registration and hotel fees for CNRS employees. Unfortunatly, the results of this application will not be known until early January 2015. 

In order to allow CNRS employees to reserve a place at AILM 2015, we strongly suggest that they register and submit an abstract by 15th November (or 15th October for participation in the Practical School) and pay the registration fee via a bon de commande.  The bon de commande will not be processed before January 2015 and will be cancelled in the event that AILM 2015 is supported by the CNRS. The bon de commandes should include an amount for hotel reservation (3 nights from 2nd to 5th February 2015), if required:

   • Junior CNRS Employee (DOB on/after 01 Feb 1980) without hotel reservation: 200€

   • Junior CNRS Employee (DOB on/after 01 Feb 1980) with hotel reservation (3 nights): 380€

   • Senior CNRS Employee (DOB before 01 Feb 1980) without hotel reservation: 300€

   • Senior CNRS Employee (DOB before 01 Feb 1980) with hotel reservation (3 nights): 480€

   • Add 100€ for registration received after 15th November

   • Add 50€ to attend the banquet on the 4th February

   • Add 50€ for participation in the half day outing to local ski station
